I have held board chairperson's positions on several boards. I am a certified Six Sigma black belt and senior deployment champion who has significantly reduced waste through process improvement, problems evolving and sound decision making. I also directed and implemented strategic plans coinciding with the budgeting process for several health care organizations. What specifically am I going to do for you the homeowner? Prudently manage the finances and uphold and enhance our property values and our lifestyles ensuring high standards of landscaping are held throughout the community, architectural standards are held high and common areas are maintained. Ensure all expenditures are allocated only following careful scrutiny of wherever possible a minimum of three quotes/bids. Develop and implement a strategic plan to coincide with the budgeting process to plan for the additional 500 home expansion, soliciting input suggestions from every home owner regarding their visions. Foster great relationships with all the committees, expand committee members and support term limits, always being mindful of budget constraints. Strive to work as hard as I can for the betterment of the lives of all Four Seasons residents hearing the community member's voices and focusing on results. Maintain an enjoyable and safe community with integrity and credibility. Community Association Experience: I currently sit on the social committee as the committee secretary. I am a neighborhood watch block captain and have recruited several additional block captains. I have attended most of the committees as a guest. Civic, Organizations and/or positions held: • Senior Vice President for second largest medical network in California • Vice President of Operations for a health care systems company servicing the U.S. with offshore management duties. • Vice President of clinical operations for the third largest medical network in California. • Director of physician and community services for a local hospital. • Vice President of a senior health plan. managing assets in the public and private sector. I was in law enforcement for 43 years and retired as a sheriff 's investigator. I was elected for seven years to a school board and served as board president. I have served on numerous committees: • Rules and regulations • Emergency preparedness • Neighborhood watch • Two ad-hoc committees • Chairperson of the Safety and Facilities Committee for two years I would like to see the board of directors do what is best for the community, within budget, with the welfare of the community as first goal and in a professional manner. I feel these goals are my best assets to the homeowners of this community. Experience or reasons why I feel I would make a good Board member include being a problem solver, willingness to meet with HOA members for input and suggestions, hard worker and willing to spend time to accomplish duties required as a Board member by HOA members, and knowledge that I answer to the members. Community Association Experience: Board of Director attendance and member of T.O.P.S. group Four Seasons. Civic, Organizations and/or Career positions held: Former President of the Riverside Police Officers Association, President of a large recreational vehicle club, liaison to the Riverside Chamber of Commerce as a representative of the Chief of Police, liaison with governmental agencies and law enforcement as Director of Investigation Operations for the Nation for Farmer's Insurance, and Police Lieutenant/Watch Commander with Riverside Police Department.
