22 | Four Seasons Hemet Herald | July 2016 | Thoughts In July! - As we come together in celebration of our great nation this Fourth of July, please remember those who paved the way and gave so much. Keep our military close to your hearts and celebrate! Celebrations of Life - Missing someone we lose is our hearts way of telling us how much we loved them. We certainly feel for our families who are enduring these difficult times. We are painfully aware that words and well wishes, no matter how sincere they are, certainly cannot mend a broken heart. But we want you to know, our prayers, thoughts and deepest condolences are with you in your hour of need. We are all blessed to live in a community where unity, love and kindness are at the forefront of who we are. Know that anytime there are members of this community who are here for you and welcome you to reach out. We send condolences to the families of Janet Orr, Valentin Tkach and Linda Midell. We are always sad to report the loss of neighbors and friends in our community; it is the heart wrenching part of our community outreach. Welcome "New Board of Directors" - Congratulations to Greg Rockvam who assumes the role of President of the Board of Directors; Russ Brown, Vice President; Jim Hatcher, Secretary; Ken Pounders, Treasurer; Tony Crescenti, Gene Hikel, as well as new Board member, Don Ortega are Directors. Team Sunshine extends their congratulations to all and thanks each member for their service and dedication. Four Seasons Players - The critic reviews were off the chart! The audience was rolling in laughter and the evening was simply splendid. We cannot thank the Four Seasons Players enough for such a wonderfully fun-filled evening. The presentation of three "radio" shows: Baby Snooks, My Favorite Husband, Dragnet and a special presentation written by Don Ortega, left those who attended in stitches and commenting on the very funny and clever program. What a fun evening! May Health Fair - In case you missed our May Health Fair, we are including a few photos from that event. Thank you, Dave Habig, for the wonderful pics. It was a "smashing success" and one that we look forward to providing to you every year. Thank you all for participating in our event.
