Bocce
Sign up for Bocce begins in Aug., date to be determined
and we have some new things to tell you about the game.
The Club has come up with a different way of playing similar
to our spring full court season. We would like to give you a
presentation of the new four person format. Many of us think
the Spring format was a great success and we would like to
try this format in the fall. Making things easy always sounds
better, but we will need you to help us.
The Bocce Committee will meet to discuss the format
changes and will vote to support giving you a presentation
and a choice. To make things fair, we usually have the club
members vote to confirm the changes. If the club does decide
to try a different approach, after the season we can evaluate the
results. This club is on a journey to always learn and make
changes when possible to make playing bocce better and easier
for our players. Please encourage new players to join and come
and listen to our presentation. Watch for more details.
Chairperson, Ross Brunetto, 926-8295.
Shuffleboard sign up will be Aug. 28, please watch for more
information about the time and be sure to sign a friend up also. We
are in the process of getting some much needed maintenance on our
courts and perhaps some score board maintenance also. Hope to see
old and new players this year.
Thank you in advance for being great sports. Chairperson, Ross
Brunetto, 926-8295.
