In looking for material to cover for this
month, I checked some of the past year's
articles. Topics mentioned were; watching out
for animals at the pool and to not feed them,
driving the posted speed limit, being a good
neighbor and lastly "conserving" water (from
July, 2010). These are all still relevant today!
Logging in your guests, vendors etc. at the Front Gate: Please help
the gate staff by going online and logging in your guests as soon as
your know their arrival date/time. Allowing time for the information
to "download" to the Dwelling Live computer in the gatehouse is very
important.
I and several members of the Access Control committee have
witnessed firsthand what it's like at the front gate when several cars
line up waiting to get in. The driver at the front of the line has an
issue, a very large truck shows up in the "resident" lane wanting to get
in, then the phone rings. (It's a resident asking the Attendant to "log"
in their guest that's arriving in a few minutes.) This scene occurs
multiple times each and every day, so please take a few minutes and
do your part.
May you and your families have a safe Fourth of July! We owe our
freedom to those who served and we will be forever grateful.
