Skip is an amazing caterer and we want to say thank you to him for all the amazing dinners he's served. We look forward to a long and delicious association. On Fri., Aug. 5 in the South Clubhouse is the next event. Doors open at 5:30 pm and the price is $15 pp. Again please drop off your checks to our one and only Provi at 630 Twin Hills Drive, or call her at 845-1601. The entrée for Aug. 5 will be a great Tuscan stuffed chicken breast with Caesar salad and bread, along with a special Italian dessert. Coffee and water provided, you are welcome to BYOB. Entertainment for August is Sun Lakes' own Razz-Ma-Tazz and the Notables. We are looking forward to their performance. September will be Greek night. All things Greek. Be sure to bring lots of $1 bills. You'll need them. Today is July 5 and already we have almost 90 people coming to our August dinner. However, due to limitations in seating (per fire code) first 100 people to get their checks in will have seats. Just a note: if your check is paying for two people please write the other names on the check unless you are married and both names are on your check. We are still accepting new membership, and if we reach 100 people for dinner we have been trying out a new process. Paisano Club We meet Aug. 18 at 1 pm in the Main Clubhouse Multipurpose Room. Meetings are held on the first and third Thursday of each month. Our summer meetings are held only on the third Thursday of these months. The club is for persons of all computer skill levels. Each meeting will feature various topics and speakers. Handouts are given out for each presentation so you can take notes. This is a great way to share information and learn some of the ways in becoming an effective computer user. Aug. 18: Planning for your Digital after Life September: Printers Membership dues are $20 dollars per year per household. Guests are welcome.
