| Four Seasons Hemet Herald | September 2016 | 11 Facilities Committee What improvements can we look forward to? • The Pickleball players will soon be enjoying the newly refurbished courts. At the July Board of Directors meeting, the next stage of street slurry sealing was approved. The streets to be sealed are Baugh, Mickelson, Couples, and Carner in the Master's area off of World Cup; and Pavin, Rankin, Stricker, Triplette, O'Meara in the Legends area west of Four Seasons. Once the contract is signed, the exact dates and parking procedures will be published, so look for this to happen this month. The relatively low cost of slurry sealing goes a long way to keep our streets in good condition. We can also look forward to a number of other maintenance and improvement projects in the development stages: • Roof repairs to the Lodge, Fitness Center and Pool building • Adding retractable shade cloth to the west sides of the new BBQ structures (the front desk will have the remote control). • Three new wrought iron tables along with chairs under the smaller Plaza shade structure. • Replacement of the carpeting in the Board Room, front office and the two main hallways. • Replacement of the large shade structure at the back of the pool. Once again, if you see something that needs maintenance, please complete the form at the front desk..
