Nov. 17 – Bambi with AMA Waterways will present information on river cruising and the delightful itineraries and unique destinations. We look forward to seeing you there. And don't forget we have a sign up sheet for people interested in finding a travel mate. Travel Club meets the third Thursday of each month at 6 pm in the Ballroom. Contact Rhonda at (951) 929-0033 or Sandy at (951) 200-9913 for questions or for suggestions for our Travel Club. TGIF On Fri., Sept. 2, the TGIF DVD Concert Night will offer some amazing and familiar music. "LIVE AT LINCOLN CENTER -- THE DUKES OF SEPTEMBER" Donald Fagen, Michael McDonald & Boz Scaggs — three musical giants. Recorded in 2014, this event will bring back the wonderful songs of these men as they share the stage, collaborating on each song. As you recall, Fagen was in the great band, Steely Dan and Michael McDonald was the lead singer in the Doobie Brothers. Boz Scaggs captured our hearts with his lyrics and played with many bands and solo. Songs will include: People Get Up and Drive Your Funky Soul, Who's That Lady, Sweet Soul Music, I Keep Forgettin', Kid Charlemagne, The Same Thing, Miss Sun, What A Fool Believes Hey Nineteen, Peg, Lowdown, Takin' it to the Streets, Reelin' in the Years, Lido Shuffle and more. Running approx. 1:31 — you'll have a great toe tapping and sing-along time! TGIF - Sept. 16: Our traditional evening or maybe something different! You'll have to show up to find out! Both evenings the doors will open at 5 pm with dinner starting at 5:30 pm. Music begins at 5:45 pm. Please bring a dish to share for 8-10, your own utensils, and of course, your favorite beverages. We look forward to seeing everyone. Bring a neighbor!
