For the safety and well-being of all of our residents, there will
be NO guests or vendors allowed to enter the property without
authorization from a resident. To prevent delays for your guests, here
is some helpful information to insure your guests and vendors will
have a smooth and easy gate entrance.
You can manage your own personal guests list, online:
a. Go to the Sun Lakes Country Club website at: sunlakescc.com
b. Click on "Gate Pass Request"
c. Enter in your email address and your security code
d. Once in your account, click on "Add Guest."
e. Click on "Select Pass Type," choose the type of pass for this
guest.
f. Click and choose if the pass is for a "Temporary" or "Permanent
Guest."
g. Enter the first and last name of your guest.
h. Select the date you want to authorize your guest for entry.
i. You may enter any notes in the "Notes for Attendant" section.
j. Click on "Save" at the bottom, right hand corner to complete the
process.
If you have not yet added your email address to your account profile
please call the administration office to update your information at
769-6650 or 769-6649.
While you're in your account, it's a good time to view your current
visitor list to update and remove any visitors that you may not want
on your guest list. You can remove them or call the administration
office for help to remove them.
You can also call the gate to add a guest or the administration office
