50 FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | NOVEMBER 2016
Basketball
Basketball has resumed Friday afternoons. Everyone is
welcome. We took a summer break due to the heat and those
who were traveling but are ready to start up again. We meet at
the basketball court starting at 5 pm. Bring your energy and be
prepared to have some fun. ~ Richard Hoffman
Dominoes
Last month some of the domino players and their wives took a
train trip to the San Clemente Pier. I guess I had a senior moment
and forgot to send the pictures into the Breeze with the article.
Hopefully, the pictures will make it this time.
The final four players for the domino championship for the month
of September included, Jesse Dimmer, Reggie Fuqua, Pete Antoine
and John Bragg. The domino playing was intense and everyone
was quiet as a mouse. The silence was only broken when someone
shouted out, "Domino!" The game ended with Reggie with 14 wins,
John and Pete tied up with 17 game wins and Jesse with 18 wins.
Jesse Dimmer was the domino champion for the month of
September. Somebody hose him down; Jesse has been hot lately. He
has been in the finals several times in the past few months. This time
Jesse got the big win. Congratulations to Jesse.
Dominoes are played every Wednesday and Friday from 5 to 9 pm
in the Lodge Game Room. For more information call Jesse at (951)
769-2035 or Reggie at (951) 769-6483. ~ Marvin A. Gaines
