FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | NOVEMBER 2016 19 On Oct. 4, the first Safety Committee meeting occurred. Carryover members from the Facilities Committee were Dennis Gray, Anita Worthen and Scott Britten. General outlines of items were discussed for future review: Possible security cameras for the parking lot area; fencing review in the new construction areas; better security for the gates; and bushes need to be trimmed at the entry gate for better traffic viewing. There is a need for a traffic study of Four Seasons Circle. This is a safety issue because of the flow of vehicular traffic. A cost of $2,700 to obtain the traffic study is requested. There were two applicants present at the meeting to interview for positions on the Safety Committee. Donna Lewis and Geoffrey Wilson were interviewed and their names are submitted to the Board of Directors for approval to the Safety Committee. The next regular Safety Committee will be Nov. 1 at 1 pm at the RCN. ~ Dennis Gray Safety Committee Four Seasons is a great community that continues to grow and expand. People who enter our community are greeted and welcomed by a great, clean and well-manicured surrounding. We as homeowners take great pride in our community. During our weekly walks I have the opportunity to meet many homeowners, and hear your praises and concerns. This is a perfect time of the year to enjoy our community. The foliage and colors make fall my favorite time of the year. Let's continue to keep our community looking trim, fit and clean. When you see our committee members on a Friday or Monday doing their walks, come out and say hello, we would like to see you and hear from you. You should be able to recognize us as we will be wearing our new green landscaping vest. In closing, I want to acknowledge and give a big thanks to all those who were involved and worked hard to achieve a big success in adapting our trails to meet the needs of our homeowners who rely on mobility devices (mobile wheel chairs). We celebrated on Thursday, Sept. 29, with a ribbon cutting and a photo shoot which produced a great turnout. This was truly a great day and memorable event. ~ Richard Hoffman Landscape Committee
