| Four Seasons Hemet Herald | November 2016 | 11 Facilities Committee Over the next few months there will be a number of significant repair and maintenance projects taking place around the Lodge. Efforts will be made to keep the disruption to a minimum. Roof Repairs: Jordan Roofing will be removing and replacing the low slope roofing on the Lodge building and repairing the tile roof on the Lodge, Fitness Center and Pool House buildings. This will require shutting down the Lodge ventilations at times. When the new roof coating is installed there will be some odors. Please stay away from the equipment and all taped off areas. Replacing Large Wood Pool Shade Structure: RJP Home Improvement Services will be replacing the large wood shade structure at the North end of the pool. The new structure will have 6"steel support posts and a 2"x3" lattice roof with 1" spacing. Brown "Kynar" epoxy based material will be used instead of wood. Carpet Replacement in the Lodge: New Horizon Carpets will be replacing the existing carpet throughout the two hallways and Bistro area. The carpet in the Conference Room, reception area and the back office spaces will also be replaced. Tile will be installed at the approach to the Conference Room. Wrought Iron Tables and Chairs: Three new 60" micro mesh tables along with 18 wrought iron dinning arm chairs are being purchased from Meadocraft Commercial Outdoor Furniture. These will be located under the smaller shade structure at the right of the BBQ. Please do not move them from the area. It is now getting dark earlier, so as you walk around the development if you see any street lights or sidewalk lights not working, please notify the Lodge front desk.
