This includes solar and low voltage lighting. ARC Meetings are Open Meetings Any Owner can come to an ARC meeting. Last month one owner came to observe and see what we do prior to submitting his Exhibit A & B Forms to learn what questions we ask and type of action the committee takes. We welcome you to our meetings. Forms and Other Information available at the Lodge Exhibit A: Home Alteration Application. What you plan to do, add or change. Exhibit B: Neighbor Notice Action Statement. To tell your neighbors what you are planning to do, add or change. Show them your plan. They cannot approve or disapprove what you want to do, that is an ARC prerogative. Exhibit C: Notice of Completion. This notifies the ARC that you have finished your project and request them to inspect your project. Exhibit D: Revision to Exhibit A: This is to inform the ARC that you are requesting to make additional changes to the project that they had approved on your original application. Other important information you may need: • Artificial Turf (grass) specifications and recommendations of what you need to do. • Solar Panel installation requirements and suggestions. • Sample Plot Plan diagram. To tell you how to make a plot plan and what ARC needs on it. • Drought plants. Types of plants you can consider.
