Architectural Committee
Lights in Your Front Yard
If you add more lights (more than the builder put in or those that
the ARC has approved) you need ARC approval. This includes solar
and low voltage lighting.
ARC Meetings are Open Meetings
Any Owner can come to an ARC meeting. Last month one owner
came to observe and see what we do prior to submitting his Exhibit
A & B Forms to learn what questions we ask and type of action the
committee takes. We welcome you to our meetings.
Forms and Other Information available at the Lodge
Exhibit A: Home Alteration Application. What you plan to do,
add or change.
Exhibit B: Neighbor Notice Action Statement. To tell your
neighbors what you are planning to do, add or change. Show them
your plan. They cannot approve or disapprove what you want to do,
that is an ARC prerogative.
Exhibit C: Notice of Completion. This notifies the ARC that you
have finished your project and request them to inspect your project.
Exhibit D: Revision to Exhibit A: This is to inform the ARC
that you are requesting to make additional changes to the project that
they had approved on your original application.
Other important information you may need:
• Artificial Turf (grass) specifications and recommendations
of what you need to do.
• Solar Panel installation requirements and suggestions.
• Sample Plot Plan diagram. To tell you how to make a plot
plan and what ARC needs on it.
• Drought plants. Types of plants you can consider.
