Hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving with family and friends. With more celebrations ahead, why not get a head start on your New Year Resolutions by adding some exercise to your schedule? It will help keep the extra holiday pounds off and relieve a little stress. Bring a friend and join us for a brisk walk in the comfort of the Lodge Ballroom. The "Walk Fit" Exercise Club offers you three hours a week of easy-to-follow, low impact aerobic activity. You can tailor the class to your own needs and schedule. The full one hour class (three times a week) is a four mile walk, but you can join us for as much as will work for you. You can leave early or arrive later to shorten your walk. If you can only be there one or two days a week, that's okay too. New members are always welcome, both men and women. We meet Mon., Wed. and Fri. from 7:45 to 8:45 am in the Lodge Ballroom (for the full hour). We are free. For more information contact Karen Tuvim (951) 599-4236 or Kay Masonbrink (951) 223-3047.
