review Committee
Another year is behind us and as we move into 2017.
The members of the Architectural Review Committee
wish all at Four Seasons a very happy and prosperous
New Year! We would also like to thank the homeowners
we worked with this past year. We appreciate your
cooperation and positive attitude when adjustments
need to be made to plans in order to comply with our
guidelines. That makes our job so much easier. We look
forward to working with homeowners next year also.
Individual creativity is important. But since we all live
in a community with CC&Rs, we also must make sure
our improvements meet the established guidelines.
Remember, all outdoor holiday decorations need to be
removed no later than Jan. 15.
Currently we have an opening on our committee and
would like to encourage anyone interested to attend one
of our meetings to see if joining our committee is a good
fit for you. We meet the first and third Wednesdays of
each month at 8:30 am in the Conference Room of the
