Although an important focus of our committee is planning for the
future, we also work on practical and immediate things, such as: new
floor covering throughout the Lodge; more and better storage; re-
purposing and more flexible use of existing spaces; better sound in
the Ballroom; and improvements for the Salon.
Our efforts so far have been in coordination with the Facilities
committee, the Ad Hoc Technical Committee, the Social Committee,
and the new Lodge Committee, as well as the Board of Directors, and
focus groups.
A very big event will be when our Homeowner Association,
meaning us, the homeowners, will take sole ownership of all the
Four Seasons community assets. This includes buildings, grounds,
streets, lighting, infrastructure, outdoor activity and event centers,
landscaping, trails, storm drainage systems, lighting, fencing, gated
entries – everything. With this will come the requirement of good
stewardship and fiscal responsibility. We are now trying to get a
complete picture of what all this really means to us, and how it will
all be managed to the benefit of our community.
Our commitment is to you, the homeowners. We will soon
be contacting clubs and groups to get initial input, but as soon as
possible we will be seeking everyone's help in planning for the future.
