50 FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | JANUARY 2017 Roadrunner RVers Happy holidays to everyone, and I hope that you had a wonderful Thanksgiving! November started out with our RV group trip to Death Valley and on to Pahrump, Nevada. There we enjoyed an evening at the Pahrump Valley Winery for tasting and dinner at their lovely restaurant. Then a few of us went onto Las Vegas for a couple of shows, buffets, and shopping. If you wish to join us at our monthly meeting, please call Jane Jacobson at (951) 797-3563,or Gordon Shepard at (951) 849-9583, for location and time. We'd love to meet you! We have many trips planned this spring, including Pala RV resort, Pismo Beach and Cambria, Desert Hot Springs and Palm Springs. We all wish you a very Merry Christmas, and good health in the New Year! ~ Jane Jacobson If you are interested in learning more about this group, please join us for our meeting which is held the second Tuesday of the month at 7 pm at the Lodge. Our monthly trip is usually the third Thursday of every month. We meet in the north parking lot of the Lodge at 8 am. Anyone with a four wheel drive vehicle is welcome. If you have any questions call Rick Brower at (951) 312-3012 or Don Fant (951) 572-5356. ~ Sharon Haig 4x4 Seasons All Seasons RV We are looking forward to our new year of adventures with our growing club! With the new year comes new officers. Our new President is Ron Burke, new Vice-President is Steve Kenyon, and new secretary is Mark Parker. We want to thank the old administration for their work and great leadership; this club is growing with new membership only because of their contributions. Our Christmas party at the Lodge was a typical All Seasons RV Club event; good food, good friends, and good cheer. We have discussed the coming trips for 2017 which include a January trip to Black Rock Arizona, a possible trip to Pechanga (we haven't decided yet) a possible April trip to Lake Tahoe and a "for sure" May trip up to wine country and Paso Robles. Our other adventures include a salmon fishing trip to Oregon in September. Our members always bring up different ideas for further adventures at our meetings. We meet in the Lodge every second Tuesday of the month at 6 pm. Come join us and enjoy the world of RVing. ~ Mark Parker Basketball Basketball has resumed Friday afternoons. Everyone is welcome. We took a summer break due to the heat and those who were traveling but are ready to start up again. We meet at the basketball court starting at 5 pm. Bring your energy and be prepared to have some fun. ~ Richard Hoffman Dominoes For the month of November we had a new first time domino champion winner, Dale Weekley. Dale won with 13 wins.
