Writers' Club
During our January meeting the members held a lively
discussion about the future of the club. We are going to try
something new next month. The meeting will be in the
Lodge Conference Room on Feb. 21 at 1 pm Tuesday and we
will make it a lunch meeting. The club will provide pizza
from Smitty's. Please bring your own drink.
We encourage anyone to attend you know who may have
any interest in meeting others who enjoy putting their
thoughts to paper. You don't have to be an author — just
love writing, and hearing others stories.
All members are encouraged to bring up to three pages of
a book, article or essay they are writing for discussion. You
are also welcome to just come and listen. ~ John Baeyertz
The Singers are taking a much needed break for the winter, but
will start rehearsing again in the spring to get ready for the Fourth of
July festivities in the Ballroom. We might also do something for the
PG 55+ Show in May. Of course, I am still busy looking for new tunes
for the Holiday Show, 2017. Stay tuned! Please watch the Breeze for
our start up date.
