Facilities Committee
The primary goal of the Facilities
committee is to improve and maintain our
community. That is why the committee
members are sensitive and responsive to
the needs and requests of the Association
homeowners. The following two questions
emphasize the spirit of cooperation that
is necessary to enhance the quality of our
beautiful complex:
How much will this cost the Association?
This question is considered by the
Facilities committee each time we discuss
a maintenance contract, repair, replacement
or a resident request. We make every effort
to minimize the cost of maintaining Four
Seasons while addressing the needs of our
facility and the expressed wishes of the
homeowners.
The Facility committee members value
the monthly payment that each homeowner
makes to the Association fund. We recognize
the importance of using these funds wisely
for short and long term projects that are
necessary to enhance and preserve our
beautiful housing complex and lodge. We
also want to defer the need to increase
the homeowners' expense to support the
Association maintenance and repair fund.
How can we work together as we look to
the future of Four Seasons?
Weigh carefully your decision to request
an improvement or addition. Ask yourself:
• Is it really necessary?
• Is it cost-effective?
• Will my request benefit the majority
of homeowners?
• Will it enhance the appearance,
usefulness and value of our complex?
Worthy of our attention is an ancient
proverb, "There is wisdom in a multitude
of counselors." By sharing your ideas,
observations, experience and insight,
we can all play an important role in
contributing to the cost-effective operation
and maintenance of our very own paradise,
Four Seasons of Hemet.
