COMMITTEE NEWS Safety & Facilities I would like to welcome Eddie West as our newest member to the committee. It is nice to fi nd people that want to get involved in the community and we can always use the help. This month we heard the Bistro committee presentation for a new cooler in the Bistro and are looking to it moving forward. Finance We held our regular meeting on July 31. Wayne Staples, HOA Treasurer, reported on the accounts receivable (delinquencies) stating good progress is being made in recovering past due accounts. With no further business to discuss the meeting adjourned at 2:35 pm. We are currently seeking one more new member for our committee. If you have an interest you can obtain an application at the front desk in the Lodge. Our next regularly scheduled meeting will be held Aug. 28, at 1 pm in the Conference Room. All homeowners are encouraged to attend. ~ Noel Myers Anita Worthen also brought us up to date on Emergency Preparedness Program and the Neighborhood Watch. The refi nishing of the tables for card room will start this month and the bistro chairs will start being recovered towards the end of the month. The abduction/adduction leg machine should be approved this week by the Board and could be in the gym before end of the month. We are still moving forward with the possible enlargement of the exercise room. We do encourage all homeowners to feel free to join us and let us know if they have any suggestions on improvements to our community. ~ Bill Guy 12 FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | SEPTEMBER 2012
