| Four Seasons Hemet Herald | June 2017 | 23 Four Seasons Players Tickets on sale now for the Four Seasons Players Club production of Has Anybody Here Seen Roy? by Diane Grant. Saturday night June 24 right here in the Ballroom at 7 pm. Tickets are $7 and on sale NOW! Eleven members of our club are acting up to present this witty, farcical interpretation of this timely story of how Daisy's Diner became a crossroads in the lives of so many people. June 24 is the last play of our season that runs from September to June each year. So come on out, because you won't see us again until next season. Our club has the catch phrase; "Do you want to have some fun?" We love to read scripts and often act up at our meetings (the third Friday of every month at 1 pm in the Ballroom). Come and introduce yourself. Right now we are rehearsing for the June 24 show. Then we will be planning for next season's presentations. We started many years ago in the Card Room and have developed over the years to become a style of production that can only be called a Pop- Up Readers Theatre. One of our tactics is to encourage the members by matching their ambitions with their talent, acting roles, activity preference, and development goals as best as possible. So, while 11 actors perform, our supporting cast includes lights, sound, FX, stage building, costume design, hospitality, writing, and directing. If you have any interest in this sort of fun, join us. As Shakespeare is purported to have said, "It's a miracle that it all comes together."
