Strong Adults Stay Young (SASY) We thank you for your continued support of our program. We always like to remind attendees that, if you don't continue with strength training, you lose the benefits very quickly. Benefits of Strength Training: There are numerous benefits to strength training regularly, particularly as you grow older. It can be very powerful in reducing the signs and symptoms of numerous diseases and chronic conditions, among them: • arthritis • obesity • diabetes • back pain • osteoporosis • depression SASY is a lot of fun and very social! We think this is why it works! Start your day by jumping into strength training. We look forward to seeing you. We meet in the Lodge Ballroom at 7:30 am every Tuesday and Thursday.
