• The Board approved the Landscape Maintenance Contract with
Artistic Maintenance for one year.
• The Board reviewed the proposals for the replacement of the glass
around the spa at the Main Clubhouse. After discussion, the Board
voted to approve the proposal with American Eagle, for $4,987.50.
This will be funded from the Operating Fund.
• The Board reviewed the proposals to upgrade the wiring in the
Ballroom leading to the side projectors. The Board voted to approve
the proposal with Pro Circuit AVs, for $8,305.40. This will be funded
from the Operating Fund.
• The Board reviewed proposals to install additional light fixtures
at the Main Clubhouse, at various locations. The Board was in favor
of enhancing the lighting from a safety stand point, and directed
Management to get additional quotes.
• Three proposals were received to replace the office computers in
the recreation department. The computers are due to be replaced
in the reserve study and the staff has been experiencing problems.

• Proposals were reviewed for the replacement of the Golf Course
Maintenance mowers, utility carts, and equipment. This item is
