Musicians' Jam
Are you a musician, ex-musician,
music student, friend or fan of a
musician? Then you are invited to join
us for a casual, open mic type music jam
session. We meet the second Sunday of
each month at the North Clubhouse from
3:30 to 5:30 pm.
Free concert: On Aug. 3, we will have
one hour of regular jam and then at 4:30 pm Lee and Michael (Tin
Man's Heart) will play an hour of their original living room concert
series. All are welcome!
Your hosts provide the sound system, including mics, stands and
a CD player. You, the performer, supply your own instrument and
backing track music on CD, if needed. Please sign up when you arrive
as performers will play in that order. Depending on how many folks
sign up you may each be able to play two to three songs of your choice.
Our goal is to provide a supportive venue for you to play, at whatever
level you may be at this moment. Singers have karaoke – now you
musicians have Musician's Jam. (Singers welcome – bring your own
backing tracks, or better yet, a musician to play for you.)
Calling all men! Does the "Heart of your Heart" inspire you to sing? Do you long to call your sweetheart in
song? If so, then you should check out the Sun Lakes Men's Barbershop Chorus. No prior singing experience
necessary, just a willingness to listen, learn, and join in. We are a group of amateurs like yourself who enjoy singing and having fun. We meet
