The Board approved the replacement of the Tennis Windscreens, painting of fences and resurfacing of Tennis and Pickle/Paddle ball courts. The Board approved the replacement of five Admin Office Computers. May Report on Executive Session Action (non-confidential) - The Board of Directors held an Executive Session Board meeting on May 10 and May 24. The following are action items taken at these meetings: The Board reviewed a legal matter and held a phone conference with legal counsel. The Board met with Associa-PCM executives to get a management update and review changes to the financials concerning bank accounts. The Board received four requests from various homeowners for an overnight parking variance. After reviewing the matter, the Board voted to deny two requests and approved two requests. The Board received a request from a homeowner for a variance to the pet walking rule 5.02. After discussion, the Board voted to deny the request. The Board received a request from a homeowner for a variance to the pet limitation rule 5.02. The Board voted to approve the request. The Board approved a contract with Silldorf Law, LLP to assist the association in recording liens on delinquent homes. The Board received a request from a homeowner for a variance to the guest pass policy. After review, the Board voted to approved the request. The Board approved to foreclose a lien and record a notice of default on APN# 419-310- 030-5, 421-261-060-8 The Board received 3 proposals to replace the gate spikes and concrete at multiple exit gate locations. Multiple bids were received for the replacement of the windscreens on the tennis court and paddle tennis/pickle ball courts, as well as the resurfacing the courts, and painting the fences.
