TOWN HALL MEETINGS The Sun Lakes Country Club Homeowners Association Board of Directors will be holding two town hall meetings in August. The topics discussed include the possible use of member ID cards at Sun Lakes, amending the rules pertaining to qualifications for board members, and the turf reduction project. The Board strongly encourages you to attend these meetings. Your input is encouraged. The meetings are Thurs., Aug. 17, and Thurs., Aug. 31. Both meetings will be in the Main Clubhouse Ballroom and begin at 6 pm. MAILBOX KEYS Many new residents have contacted the Operations Department with the question: "Where can we get keys for our mail box?" The answer to this question is that it is the previous owner's or the realtor's responsibility to supply the new owner with all of the keys to the home as well as the mailbox. If it is a new tenant, it would be the landlord's or management company's responsibility to provide the tenant with the keys. If the owners, landlords, realtors or management company do not have the keys, they can contact Ann Renteria in the Operations Department and request a work order to install a new lock and keys. If a resident happens to lose their keys, they may also request a work order to replace their lock and keys. Please note that there is a charge of $20 for the new lock installation to cover the cost of the new lock and keys. NEW HOMEOWNER ORIENTATION The management team will host a New Homeowner Orientation Meeting on Mon., Aug. 21, 2017 in the Main Clubhouse Ballroom at 5 pm. Staff will discuss the various facets of Sun Lakes and answer questions new owners may have concerning the community.
