Robin Sick, our Sun Lakes Fitness Trainer, is interested in getting men and women out on the streets of Sun Lakes to get fit! Any fitness level is welcome from beginners to advanced. There will be an orientation on Wed., Oct. 4 in the Main Clubhouse Multipurpose Room at 11:30 am to go over questions and sign a liability form. If you are interested, the group will regularly meet in the Main Clubhouse on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:45 to 8:30 am starting Oct. 26 with the last day being Thurs., Nov. 9.
