As we prepare to celebrate the Christmas
holidays and go about decorating our homes,
we are reminded to be careful and decorate
with caution and safety. Too many times have
we heard about a homeowner falling off a
ladder and sustaining a serious injury. Many
of us don't have that balance we once had
when we were younger. It might be a good idea
to hire a handyman to put up your lights and
decorations and be safe.
The Rules & Regulations Committee meet every
second Tuesday of the month at 9 am at the RNC
building.
Homeowners are welcome to attend our meetings to
express their views, ideas and/or concerns regarding our
beautiful community. The subjects discussed are always for
the betterment of the Four Seasons.
We have a couple of vacant member seats in our committee
and if you think you might be interested in joining us, we would
like to hear from you. Remember to be alert and drive safely
during these busy holidays. And if you see something,
say something.

Rules & Regulations

This committee is making good progress in meeting its objective
to carefully plan the HOA takeover from K. Hovnanian which is
anticipated will occur within the next two years. The committee
continued to discuss the 2018 budget plan, the options to handle
parking lot surge capacity and building a relationship with the city
of Beaumont.
We welcome homeowners' interest. Our meetings are at 9 am on
the fourth Thursday of the month in the RCN Conference Room.
