Happy Holidays Solera Diamond Valley
Residents! It is hard to believe that 2017 is
almost over and the new year is upon us! The
new year is sure to bring exciting and positive
changes as we congratulate and welcome Tom
Lontz as a new member of the Board of Directors and Tom Carpenter who
is returning for another term on the Board of Directors.
As always, there is something happening here at the Lodge to enhance
our beautiful community. In the past month all of the Association's
walkways were inspected and repaired for any trip hazards that were found
and a large section of concrete, behind the outdoor pool, was removed and
re-poured to correct the large mound that was created in the walking path
due to tree roots. Many of you may have noticed that the street lights in
the community have been repaired and work on the paseo bridge lights
are underway! Inside the Lodge we have had the air wall in the Ballroom
repaired, repainted the back offices and had the pool table chairs recovered
in addition to our regular maintenance.
There's also a new face on staff! We are excited to welcome another
new monitor, Ariel Barnett, to the team. She's eager to get to know our
residents. Currently there is still one open position that we are recruiting
for, so keep an eye out for another new face when you visit the Lodge next
and look for updated staff info in the next View.
On behalf of your management team, we look forward to seeing you at
the Lodge or at one of our events very soon and wish you all a very happy
holidays and a blessed New Year!

month in the Lodge Ballroom. The Board discusses
