8 | SUN LAKES LIFESTYLES | JANUARY 2018 | The Sun Lakes Country Club Homeowners Association Annual Meeting of the Membership is April 11. There will be three open positions on the Board of Directors. Each newly elected director will serve a two year term. Any homeowner interested in running for the Board of Directors should fill out a Candidacy Form. Candidacy forms will be available in the administration office beginning Mon., Feb. 5 and must be returned no later than 5 pm on Fri., Feb. 23. The Inspector of Election will review each candidacy form it receives and place all eligible candidates on the ballot. Two "Meet the Candidates" forums will be conducted in the Main Clubhouse Ballroom. Members will be given the opportunity to ask questions to the candidates running for the Board. The first forum will be held on Mon., March 12 at 6 pm and the second will be Tues., March 13 at 10 am. The Member of Record date is Mon., Feb. 19 and ballots will be mailed to each homeowner on Mon., March 12. 2018 Biennial District Delegate and Alternate District Delegate Election: The Sun Lakes Country Club Homeowners Association District Delegates and Alternate District Delegate Election is held in conjunction with the Annual Membership Meeting and Election of Directors. The District Delegate and Alternate District Delegate election results will be tabulated by the inspector of election on April 11. Any homeowner interested in running for District Delegate or Alternate District Delegate should fill out a Candidacy Form.
