The annual Membership Meeting is just a couple of months away,
tentatively set for Wed., April 25. This year there will be an election
of four Directors for two-year terms.
The first step in this process is coming up this month. In the March
billing, you will receive a "Notice of Election & Call for Candidates"
and a "Request for Candidates Statement" (resumé). For any owners
in good standing who are interested in serving on the Board of
Directors, please fill out the resumé and return it by the deadline
indicated on the form. Please take note that serving on the Board is a
serious commitment. Board Members serve two year terms.
Whether or not you choose to volunteer to serve on the Board of
Directors, it is very important to exercise your rights and vote! So
when the notice and ballots are mailed out, please fill out the ballot
and return it to the Lodge per the instructions.
Front and Side Yard Maintenance: We have sent out a lot of
courtesy and violation letters within the past 60 days for a variety of
maintenance issues. If you received a letter and have not completed
the requested maintenance issue, please contact the office to let us
know when it will be taken care of so you will avoid being called to
hearing.
Pet Droppings: I've been asked to report that more dog owners
are picking up after their pets, which is encouraging, but a lot of
the bags are not being taken home or placed in the trash containers
along Four Seasons. People are throwing them in the bushes up by
the block wall and in many other places. The landscape company
and several residents are getting tired of picking up other people's
bags. Please take them home.
On a happier note, may all of you have a Happy Valentine's Day!
