Come join us this month for a great evening of food and fun. Bring your dancing shoes and kick up your heels as we celebrate the end of the freezing weather we endured in February and March. Our dance is Sat., April 21. Sign-ups must be received between April 1 and 12 and deposited in the box located at 782 Torrey Pines Road. We will make every effort to accommodate your table requests. Remember to visit our website and print out your sign up form and see the table locations. Dress for the dance this month is dressy. A club favorite, Sophisticats, will provide the evening's entertainment and doors will open at 5:30 pm. Our meals for the evening are as follows: Salad with both ranch and vinaigrette dressings along with rolls and butter. 1) Short rib $23.75; 2) Chicken Marsala $23.50. Both are served with mashed potatoes and green beans almondine. 3) Vegetarian lasagna is $22.75 Delicious lemon meringue pie will be our dessert. Remember to call Carla at 797-3506 before 3 pm on the day of the dance if you have signed up and are unable to attend. She can arrange for you to pick up your meal to enjoy at home. Come on out and join in the fun at the dance! Our International Dancers of Sun Lakes will be involved in many exciting events during the next six months. One of these is a special luncheon on May 31: "The Magic of Dance and National Costume Parade." A silent auction will be held at this program, and tickets will be available in the foyer of the Main Clubhouse beginning the first part of May. Our annual weekend show will be held in 2019 and there will be more information about it later during the year.
