| Four Seasons Hemet Herald | MAY 2018 | 13 Access Control Committee We are coming to the end of the RFID install program. Attached is a final list (weather permitting), for you to come and bring your old transponder and exchange it for the new small "stick-on" headlamp RFID tag that will replace it. Social Committee Happy spring! The time change and "spring ahead" mean longer days and warmer nights and more time for fun out on our beautiful patio. We have some great events planned for you in the coming months. Get out your calendars and save these dates! May 6 - A Taste Of Elegance June 9 - Summer Concert: George Strait Tribute Concert July 4 - Our Annual Celebration: All American Fourth of July Sept 29 – Luau On The Plaza You should retain your "small" fobs as these will give you access thru the side "walking" gates, and pool area only. All old style transponders will be turned OFF on Mon., June 4, which means you will not have access thru Front and Rear Gates unless you have your RFID tag. Sat., May 12 - Make-up day from 10 am to 1pm Tues., May 15 - Additional make-up day 2 to 4 pm Thurs., May 17 - Final Tag day 2 to 4 pm 3.15" .94" Ceiling Fans: Use a fan brush to clean the blades once every three months to remove dust build-up. During winter months turn the fans on once every three months for two minutes. Note: Using your fans in winter also pushes the hot air down from the high ceiling and reduces your gas bill. Plants, Trees and Bushes Prune/Cut: Now is a good time to have your gardener or yourself cut or prune all bushes and trees so they sprout new buds for the summer. Be sure to cut all growth over sidewalks, driveways or curbs. If you do your own pruning, I suggest you do it monthly so it does not become a big job or problem later. Handyman Tips: Easy things you can do to keep things working in your home We hope you will plan on coming out to join in the fun or just volunteer to help out on any of these events. It's a great way to make new friends and get involved in the activities. Suggestions for future events are always welcomed. Just contact any social committee member and get involved!
