10 | Four Seasons Hemet Herald | MAY 2018 | Francisco closed out March having the fifth Friday night buffet as "Country Western Style," making the night a SMASH HIT. The biggest ever attendence more than doubled the usual crowd of 60 diners. Additional tables were set up but the food NEVER ran out. We also had the pleasure of the happy sounds of our local band "Once Again" who stayed past their rehearsal time and entertained us while we dined and danced. Easter Sunday Buffet had a wonderful spread of food and omelet bar. The new additions to the menu were yummy kale salad, waffles, bone-in ham, prime rib and chocolate covered strawberries. There might have been even more goodies, I hope I didn't miss any. The two seating times worked seamlessly. Also noted a few new faces tending to our dining needs, meaning a couple of our regular serve staff were able to spend time with their families. Kudos to Francisco and his staff. In the future, the committee requests only ONE monthly entry per residence for Free Sunday Brunch drawing. Your committee will be working on a questionnaire that will be mailed out for your welcome responses of suggestions to enhance your Bistro dining pleasure. Be watching for it. FYI: Did you know that the Bistro Sunday Brunch of $12 and Friday night buffet of $10 does not include tip for the servers? Last but not least, for the month of May some great things are planned for you. May 6 is "A Taste of Elegance" night. Tickets have been on sale but you can increase your odds of winning with additional tickets right up to Saturday. It all goes to charity. Remember Mom on May 13. Special menu, special day. May 28, we will have a Memorial Day tribute honoring our wonderful veterans in the Ballroom. You won't want to miss any of them. See you there. ~Patt Name: __________________________________________ Address: ________________________________________ Phone: __________________________________________ Bistro Committee Architectural Committee Vinyl Fencing In January the ARC approved a specific type of vinyl fence that owners could install. READ This We continue to receive applications to install a solar system that are not meeting the requirements in the standards and regulations. Most of the time it is because the solar company does not state on their plans the following: 1. All conduit must be installed in the attic. 2. Inverters must be installed in the garage unless they are micro inverters in the panels themselves. 3. Emergency cut-off switch next to main electrical box or on the panels. 4. All panels must be located to the rear of the house. Some exceptions may be approved. Check with Maria Donti before submitting your application.
