FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | JULY 2018 47
The choir worked hard on our portion of the "I'm Glad I'm Not Young
Anymore" and we are now taking a well-deserved rest.
Please watch the Breeze for our start back date – probably Monday, Aug. 6.

Four Seasons Singers
Classical Music Club
We are classical music lovers with an interest in sharing our love,
knowledge, and interest in classical music. We meet on the second
Thursday of each month at 7 pm in the Theater. We listen to and
watch musical selections on the big screen. Each month we focus
on a particular work or several selections of one composer. We also
discuss current musical performances in the area. We welcome new
members. Contact Steve Benoff at steve.benoff@verizon.net or (310)
413-4896. ~ Steve Benoff
Kiwanis Club of Beaumont
After May and June most of our members were very tired.
We spent numerous hours at the car show and a week later
working with the Cherry Festival. Both activities raised
money for the coming year of supporting your local
activities and scholarships.
July will be a month of rest for our members, we have no
activities scheduled. This year the District Convention will be
in Hawaii in August; no one from our club will be attending.
Our next scheduled event will be Octoberfest in September where
we will be selling apple strudel.
We are always looking for new members. The more members we
have, the more service we can do in the community. Our focus
is helping the children of the world and the community of
Beaumont.
The Beaumont Kiwanis Club meets in the Lodge
Conference Room, every Thursday except for the first
Thursday of the month. The meeting starts at 6:30 pm.
Many of the members come early and order at the Bistro and
eat prior to the meeting.
For further information, call Buzz Dopf at (909) 208-0880. Hope
to see you there! ~ Buzz Dopf
