Social Singles
Our next dinner meeting is Fri., July 13 at 6 pm in
the South Clubhouse. I'M A YANKEE DOODLE DANDY!
Come help us celebrate the 242nd birthday of our beloved
nation. Russo's will be serving five of their wonderful
salads… chicken, tuna, egg, fruit, pasta and, our favorite,
cheesecake for dessert. Wow, what a fantastic summertime
dinner. The singing group Diversity starring our favorite
three gal singers, Sheila James, Susan Fitzpatrick and Fran
Fitz, will be singing and you all know how fabulous they
are. All this for only $15; guests are $17. If you live in Sun
Lakes, you may come as a guest one time only, and then
you will want to join the club. Guests living outside of Sun
Lakes and are friends of a resident are welcome at $17
pp. Make checks payable to Social Singles and drop your
checks off at Betty McMillion's home, 5549 Pinehurst Dr.,
769-6636. Those that want to sit together should put their
checks in one envelope. Reservations and cancellations
must be in by the FRIDAY BEFORE the dinner. Yearly
dues are $15 and may be left at Betty's home.
July 19: THURS. DINNER IN THE CLUBHOUSE, 5:30pm. Call
Bonnie Jensen at 849-6153 by Mon., July 16 for reservations.
July 27: "MAMA MIA … HERE WE GO AGAIN," time to be
announced. $7.50 first showing. Studio Movie Grill, Redlands.
Meryl Streep, Lily James and Amanda Seyfried. Sophie finds out
more about her in other's past while seeking guidance on how to
handle her pregnancy. Lots of music and fun. Chinese all you can
eat at Buffet Star after movie.
July 28: SATURDAY LUNCHEON, 11:30 am. RSVP Doris Harrison,
769-3990 by Tues., July 24 for reservations.
