Village Line Dancers Ballroom Line Dance Debut: We are pleased to announce that our club now offers a Ballroom Line Dance class. Tai Lien is teaching on Mondays. The class is offered free to our membership. Ballroom Dance Club membership is only $10/year, pay at the front desk. Tai taught Samba last month. Our March St. Patrick's themed dance was filled with new energy. Guests had the opportunity to try out their new moves to two songs. The floor was full of solo dancers swaying to Sundance's lively music for this Brazilian favorite. Line Dance Class is on Mondays from 4:45 to 5:30 pm in Abravanal Hall. It is free for members. Join the Club for only $10, start the class any Monday. Weekly lessons on Wednesdays in Abravanal Hall. Beginner lessons are from 3 to 4 pm and Intermediate lessons are from 2 to 3 pm. It is $5 for club members, $7 for non-members, pay at the door, start any Wednesday. Mark your calendars for the next dance on Fri., April 12. It is $12.50 for members, $15 for non-members, pay at the front desk. Alias (aka Calico Ridge) will perform. This is a popular band that plays an exciting mix of Swing, Blues, Pop, Latin, R&B and Rock. Come join the fun and show off your west coast swing, east coast swing, cha cha, tango, rumba, waltz, night club two step, salsa, and other moves.
