46 FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | MARCH 2020 If you're looking for a fun-filled afternoon, please come and join us at our Crafty Cardmakers Group. It is fun to make cards for friends and family for birthdays, occasions or just because you're thinking of them! You will make three beautiful and ready-to-send cards. The cost is $8 and this includes all the supplies. You only need to bring your scissors and glue. Our dates are the second and fourth Fridays at 1 pm in the Arts & Crafts Room. For March, we will be meeting on the third and fourth Friday. If you plan to attend, you do need to R.S.V.P. early in the week so we will be sure to have enough kits for everyone. Our Saturday, March 7 class is going to be all about chalking with Loretta Ramsey. The project we will be working on will be an Alpaca Candy Dish. Classes on Saturdays are from 9 am to 1 pm. We will also announce when classes will be held in class and in the Breeze, so look for our upcoming classes. Ceramics class has something for the novice crafter looking for a new hobby, or someone who has experience and wants to create their own unique design, or create pieces for friends and family. In addition to individual projects, we also offer class projects throughout the year to teach new techniques. Come and join in the fun. Drop by the Arts & Crafts Room to see our monthly Ceramic Class schedule and learn more about our upcoming class projects. We meet Wednesdays from 1 to 4 pm. Please see the class schedule for any exceptions. A certified instructor and/or an experienced class team lead is available to support your crafting needs. We share projects, ideas, tips, tools, and all things quilting. The talented group of ladies are always ready to help those new to quilting or needing help with a project. Come join us. The Arts & Crafts Room is also open on Sunday to those needing a large space for projects. The two pictured here are a family initial with photos affixed to it which can be hung on a wall or left standing on a table. The second project was the sign welcoming folks to our homes. The special part of this sign is that the "O" in "Home" is replaced each month by a seasonally appropriate magnet. We're learning new techniques and enjoying spending time with great friends.
