As we turn our backs to winter, participating in outdoor activities
becomes more enjoyable. If you want to join in with a great group
of people and play an easily learned game, then please consider
shuffleboard. We are always looking for new people to come and
join our group. This is one of the fastest growing activities
at Four Seasons. This past month we want to welcome
Pat and Harold Keep as new players. We play in a friendly,
relaxed atmosphere but everyone likes to win, so the games
can be very competitive. If it has been a long time since you
have played or perhaps you have never played, then come
out and give it a chance. It is not physically demanding
and you can get to be a skilled player very quickly, while
having a few laughs. After having your morning coffee and
breakfast, join us on Saturday and/or Monday mornings
at 9 am at the shuffleboard courts at the Lodge for some
fresh air, socializing and light exercise. Or have breakfast
at the Kopper Kettle Bistro after working up an appetite
from playing and being outdoors. Each time that we play,
we choose different teams, so that you are always playing
with different partners. This way we get to socialize with
friends and meet other Four Seasons residents during our
morning play.
