However as before, we continue to purchase new books. The community is going to have so much choice in reading material when we do finally open. In July, several new books were purchased. Daddy's Girl is from one of our most sought after authors, Danielle Steele. Kate, Gemma, and Caroline are three sisters raised by their father on a ranch in the Santa Ynez Valley. They have enjoyed a great life, but when tragedy strikes, the girls have to face some difficult decisions. Another of our popular authors is James Patterson. His new book, The Summer House, is about a gruesome murder in a run-down but once luxurious summer house. Four Army Rangers just recently returned from Afghanistan are accused. Major Jeremiah Cook who is a war veteran and former police officer is sent to investigate. The ending will surprise you. Please check out our library website for more of your favorite authors.
