Facilities Committee
The Facilities Committee hopes everyone has had a SAFE and
great holiday season. As it is a new year, the committee has a number
of projects on the agenda and are evaluating the best options to
present to the Board for their review of each of them. A few of the
projects completed in 2020 are solar sidewalk light replacements,
pool deck, BBQ and front entry resurfacing, Lodge face lift, dance
floor resurfacing and there are more in the works. We do monthly
inspections of the facilities and try to catch maintenance issues
as they appear. We could always use help from the homeowners.
Please let us know of any by telling the front desk or filling out a
Maintenance Form at that desk. No in person input at this time. Our
meetings the first and third Wednesdays of the month are by Zoom
during the pandemic. Be safe!
Social Committee
The Social Committee wishes everyone a very Happy New Year! We
are all hoping that our community can soon resume all the activities
that help make Four Seasons Hemet such a wonderful place to live.
The "Twelve Days of Holiday Fun!" were sent to every resident with
an email address via eblasts in hopes of brightening your holiday
season. We hope you enjoyed the activities.
Our annual Golf Cart Christmas Parade was held on Dec.
18 (barring rain, sleet, or snow.) Thanks to Donna and Mike
McLaughlin for continuing to organize this yearly tradition.
The Social Committee is very anxious to get back to work planning
events for our community… let's hope it happens soon! In the
meantime, please be safe and Happy New Year!
