Rooms will be shared and if you prefer your event to be private, you will need to check out our rental fees. We are currently working with a new software program, in training, while keeping up with the daily activities. So far, for the remainder of 2021, we have over 5,800 reservations. As for 2022, we are at about 9,800 and have much more to add. We still have many more requests and changes daily. We are planning ahead while keeping in mind we represent 3,000 residents who, more than ever, deserve the chance to discover what the Clubhouse has to offer. We value your patience and look forward to seeing happy you! Swim with a Smile Reminder: Designated "Lap Swim Only" times are just for lap swimmers. Lap swimming is permitted during "Open Swim." All forms of swim exercise are permitted at this time. Lap swimmers are encouraged to use the left lanes of the pool, closest to the Clubhouse, during "Open Swim." This frees up the rest of the pool for other users. Residents may swim during children's hours and all forms of exercise are permitted at this time, including lap swimming. Pool schedules can be picked up at the Clubhouse, a schedule is posted at the pool. If everyone gives a little, with courtesy and respect, we can all get along, swimmingly, in the sea of life.
