The Community Image and Marketing Committee
The Community Image and Marketing Committee continues to meet and work with staff to begin the initial work on the Front
Entry renovation project. Costs and vendor submissions are being finalized in preparation for work to begin on the project in the
months ahead. The project includes new California Resort landscaping, painting out old monuments to convert to planting beds,
and a new stucco monument to be placed at the west entrance with our OHCC
logo. All of this will enhance our community entrance with an elegant design that
carries our new brand identity and better reflects Ocean Hills Country Club.
The Committee recently finished creating a new Amenities and Clubhouse
map that will be available at the front desk, on the website, and in OHCC Living
magazine. With the recent renovation of the Clubhouse, several rooms were re-
named and there have also been changes to some tennis, pickle and paddle ball
courts. These maps are available to residents to help navigate all the improvements
in our community.
The Committee continues to meet regularly each month to address issues and
suggestions from residents and committees. We also work closely with the HOA to
make sure we continue to enhance and improve our community image, to ensure
consistency of our message and protect home values.
The committee welcomes all residents observations and comments.
The members of the committee are Tom Murphy (Co-Chair) twmmurphy@gmail.com, Judy Caston (Co-Chair) Jeff Mowers
(Vice-Chair), Christy Cooper, Christine Ross, Marcy Samoiloff and Nancy Trimino.
