| Four Seasons Hemet Herald | DECEMBER 2021 | 29 Capturing the joy of this group is not difficult – getting their attention is nigh to impossible. We have so many great exercise choices in Four Seasons. SASY is only one to choose from… but, please, choose! The SASY program is strength training only. There are 12 exercises to tone legs, arms, and torso. Class time is one- half hour. SASY is not for everyone. We love to share, laugh and enjoy each other. We gather again in the Bistro after class and have breakfast. SASY is the longest running exercise class in this community. This class is free. We meet in The Lodge Ballroom at 8:30 am every Tuesday and Thursday. If you have questions regarding this class, please call: Jeanne Lincoln (765-7112) or Char Weakley (926-2599). Strong Adults Stay Young (SASY) WIT (Women In Touch) These ladies share a common bond – the loss of the love of their life. The dinner meeting and social interaction is rekindling old friendships as well as new. The WIT Team gathers once a month in the Ballroom for a dinner meeting. Dinner orders are called into the Bistro between 2 and 4 pm. When they gather at 5 pm, their orders are already being prepared and ready for delivery to each attendee. We are a support group. This is your invitation to join us and be part of the WIT Team here in Four Seasons. If you have questions regarding WIT, please contact Brenda Beers at (951) 306-6670 or Jeanne Lincoln at (951) 765-7112. Healthy Living Our Co-Chairs, Dave and Karen Tuvim (pictured at left), have been leading this group now for a number of years. We thank them for their leadership and bringing interesting, informative, and timely health articles to the team. Healthy Living's program has altered since the pandemic. The Lodge doors have been open now for a while. We relish the new freedom of being together again. We have also found that discussing personal concerns has opened all kinds of interesting sharing. This has become a special time in Healthy Living. We encourage you to visit and check out our program. We think you will find this a good fit for you. We meet every Wednesday at 9 am. Our location may change from time to time so check with the front desk for location. If you have any questions about our program, please call Dave and Karen Tuvim at (626) 710-7163.
