8 | LIFE IN SOLERA | MAY 2022 | Communication & Technology Advisory Committee (CTAC) The Solera Oak Valley Greens Board of Directors created the Communications & Technology Advisory Committee (CTAC) to research, develop, and improve existing and new communication media for the community. Such media includes television broadcasting media, monthly newsletters, email notices, website media, meeting and event broadcasting, social media, 'paper' media, surveys, etc. It also strives to assure that adequate audio/visual devices, applications, and presentation materials are being used optimally and that there are adequate resources trained to accomplish these tasks. We currently are looking for three new members to serve on this important seven-person committee. Become PART OF THE TEAM If you have any communication experience (e.g.: written/verbal presentation skills, website development experience, broadcasting experience, communication technology experience, etc.) OR just have a general interest in serving on this exciting committee, please complete an Interest Form and turn it in at the administrative office at your earliest convenience. (Interest forms can be picked up at the Administrative Office, downloaded from the Solera website, or completed online at soleraovg.com/ volunteer-interest-form.) CTAC has chosen this month to highlight the Forms and Fees page. You can save a trip to the Clubhouse and also be able to make requests online instead of filling out paperwork by accessing the "Forms and Fees" page on the Solera website. To access this page after you log in, click on the "Forms and Fees" link under the "Publications" drop down menu on the homepage. Please note, all documents require a PDF reader.
