We have drained the fountains and ponds based on what has already been posted by BCVWD and anticipate more yard watering restrictions. We will also post anything from BCVWD on the website and the Daily Report. AGE VERIFICATION When everyone moved in, and every two years thereafter, you verified your age as being qualified to live here. It's almost that time again where we will be sending out the Age Verification Form to everyone in the community. It is important to get those back from everyone to keep the community age qualified. Slow Down A reminder I give at each Open Session Board meeting is to slow down. We have had several accidents in the last couple of months where people have hopped the curb and damaged property. Thankfully no one has been injured in these incidents. Once you are within the gates of Four Seasons, speeding or not stopping at stop signs will only save you a few seconds. Speed limits are 30 mph on the Circle, 25 mph on all side streets and 15 mph in parking lots. Please slow down and drive responsibly.
