| Four Seasons Hemet Herald | AUGUST 2023 | 31 On June 6, 16 members of the Ladies Club carpooled out to Wilson Creek Winery for lunch at the Creekside Grille. For those of us who had never ventured past the tasting room and gi shop, the plaza and buildings behind it, with their upscale indoor and outdoor restaurants, was quite unexpected. Not only was the area beautifully terraced and gorgeously landscaped, but the menu offered everything from a simple seasonal soup to an octopus salad. en there were the entrees and desserts, the latter of which were to die for. Oh, and then there was all that wine! We could have stayed there all day! Our regular monthly meetings typically are planning meetings for future events such as plays, museums, movies, and, of course, always lunch. At June's meeting, in addition to conducting regular business, we were challenged with a "Summer Fun" word search game. One of our newest members won handily. In addition to our usual celebration of monthly birthdays, we crossed our fingers and hoped to be lucky raffle winners, as well. By the time this article goes to press, we will have met in the Arts & Cras room to make blankets for our "four-legged friends" waiting to be adopted at the Ramona Humane Society (our selected charity for this year). is social event will be a fun way for us to laugh, talk, and get to better know our lady friends who live right here in the community. Our next meeting is Aug. 28 at 1:30 pm. All women of Four Seasons are welcome. We meet every fourth Monday at 1:30 pm in the Ballroom. For more information, call or text Julie Rodriguez (951) 821-1970. Our motto: "Having fun, being positive, staying energized and giving back to the community!" FS Ladies Club
