| Four Seasons Hemet Herald | AUGUST 2023 | 3 General Manager's Message By Rick Ruth, CMCA A couple of housekeeping items to be reminded of: • When parking in the parking lot, be careful that your front and rear bumpers not extend into the planters. is has damaged plants which have had to be replaced. • Control your "big" dogs. ere have been reports of residents getting bitten protecting their smaller dogs and the owner with the more aggressive dog was not able to control their dog. e rules are clear on this. Residents must be able to control their dogs. • Pool season is almost over for our school-aged guests so please be aware of them as they get to enjoy the pool with Grandma and Grandpa. Let them have fun and, if they get too wild, let the front desk know. Don't become the pool monitor. Staff Anniversaries: I'm very happy to announce several anniversaries this month. Maria Donti is celebrating seven years with our company serving several roles. One important role is the liaison to the Architectural Committee. She plays a vital role in supporting the ARC's review process and has the role of enforcing ARC standards and Rules and Regulations on behalf of the Board of Directors. Maria is also liaison to the Landscape Committee and provides valuable assistance to them. e community continues to benefit by Maria's work ethic and institutional knowledge. Tracie Long, an important member of our front desk staff, is celebrating eight years of service to the community and we are again, grateful to have her serving the residents. Both of these ladies are excellent examples of our company's core values. ank you, Maria and Tracie. During my 15+ years as your General Manager, I've been very fortunate to work alongside a dedicated and passionate management team and hundreds of committee volunteers. Last but not least, I want to acknowledge and thank the Board of Directors for their continued support. is community would not be what it is today if it wasn't for the support and effort of all these individuals.
