8 FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | DECEMBER 2023 Another month has passed and preparation for the court hearing on Nov. 17, 2023 is still in progress. By the time the Breeze magazine is mailed to residents, the Pass Action Group's hearing should have occurred. However, there is a chance the case could be continued to a later date. The Pass Action Group (PAG) is planning a Town Hall at Sun Lakes for December. The date has not been set and the information planned will be an update on the Nov. 17 hearing if it occurs as scheduled. The PAG and its legal team are working to ensure they are ready for the hearing. As more information becomes available, PAG member Randy will update me for a following Breeze article. The PAG Board of Directors thanks everyone who has supported and continue to support the efforts to stop the Banning Pointe Warehouse Project. Your Community Planning Committee understood your concern and is responding with a viable solution. Soon you will have the option of installing an app called AudioFetch on your device which will connect you to the Ballroom audio system via your headset. In addition to installing the app, you will also need to be sure that you are connected to the "Ballroom" Wi-Fi. There will be instructions at The Lodge front desk and you may request assistance from the attendants to activate this app for your use. It is highly recommended that your headset has noise reduction capability. To scan the QR code (at right), open the camera on your phone and point it at the QR code. A link will appear on your screen. Tap the link and it will take you to your app store to download AudioFetch. ~ Johanna Ballard, Community Planning Communications There's An App For The Ballroom Audio System … Scan the QR code before you go to the next show!
