Communications & Technology Advisory Committee (CTAC) e Solera Oak Valley Greens Board of Directors created the Communications & Technology Advisory Committee (CTAC) to research, develop, and improve existing and new communication methods for the community. To accomplish our goals, we are looking to modify current communication methods, if needed, as well as institute "state of the art" technological solutions in an effort to keep all residents informed. EXCITING NEWS: Our new Solera website will go-live on Mon., Feb. 26. Why a new website? • e current website is hosted by Keystone. Solera does not own it. • Our new website belongs to our community. e soware vendor for the website is called HOA Sites. Here's some information about the company: "We launched our HOA Sites product in 2005 as a response to homeowner associations approaching us requesting a website solution. Some of these associations had an existing website nobody knew how to maintain and others were looking for a new website to help reduce their administrative costs. Aer our eighth association website went live, it became evident we were being approached because of word-of-mouth and the current HOA market had needs that were not being met. We knew we were already in a great position to fill this niche with our creative website designs, hands-on service and great features. e result was the birth of HOA Sites." • We listened and have included the features you told us you wanted the most. HOA Sites also offers enhanced features that will allow for new features as the site evolves. CTAC will be reviewing them in the coming months. • We will still rely on the David Paredes, Keystone Technical Coordinator, for the day-to-day maintenance of the site. Town Hall and Pre-Registration Sessions: • If you were able to attend the Town Hall meeting in January, thank you! We hope you found it informative and helpful. • Pre-registration and training sessions were held on Jan. 22 and 29. If you were unable to attend a session, or don't feel you need the extra help, please be sure you at least get registered before Feb. 26. Navigating the website should be easy and intuitive.
